Teresa St. Frances entered the world under extraordinary circumstances—as a “blue baby” born with a veil over her face, not fully in the world yet grasping onto life. She believes this unique beginning, along with a challenging childhood often spent alone, helped awaken her extraordinary connection to Angels and the spirit world.
Her first awareness of her psychic gifts began at just four years old, following the death of her grandfather. His loyal dog, Duchess, came to live with Teresa. Grieving deeply, Duchess found comfort in Teresa’s quiet companionship. In time, through love and patience, a two-way bond formed—one that transcended words. Teresa discovered she could understand and communicate with Duchess on a soul level, a gift that would grow into her lifelong ability to connect with animals and spirit alike.
While attending agricultural college as a pre-vet major, Teresa—an animal lover from the start—realized that her bond with animals was different. She wasn’t just caring for them; she was communicating with them. After graduation, an unexpected move into a haunted garden apartment brought her deeper into her abilities. Through vivid encounters with spirit, Teresa’s gifts reopened fully—she could now see, hear, feel, and communicate with those beyond the veil.
Now, nearly 40 years later, what began as a whisper has become a calling. Her extraordinary path has become her life’s purpose: to help others through the messages she receives. Whether offering insight into someone’s destiny or delivering vivid, validating connections from departed loved ones—both human and animal—Teresa brings peace, clarity, and healing.
Spirit has been her greatest teacher. Over the years, Teresa has refined her abilities and now helps others awaken their own psychic gifts through intuitive development classes, workshops, and mediumship training.
